Getting older is something we all have to deal with. There is no treatment that reverses aging nor is there a cure to stop it. It’s going to happen no matter what we do. On the other hand, there is no reason why we have to accept and/or live with the signs of being an “older” person. Truth be told, we can make ourselves appear decades younger without expensive cosmetic procedures. How? Simple; by using proven-to-work anti wrinkle skin cream on a regular basis.
Don’t believe that anti wrinkle skin cream is a better solution than botox or a face lift? Well then, take a look at the numerous reasons below. If they don’t change your mind, nothing will.
1. There’s No Poking, Prodding, or Cutting
A top anti wrinkle cream is not going to require lots of poking or prodding in order for you to use it. All you’ve got to do is pop-off the top and then apply the cream to your skin — that’s it. No god awful injections, no reshaping, no cutting; just simple wrinkle removal without all the fuss and muss which usually accompanies cosmetic surgery.
2. There Is No Discomfort and Zero Pain
Have you ever seen a disclaimer on a bottle of anti wrinkle skin cream that said “Warning: Use Of Painkillers May Be Needed After Application”? No, you haven’t. You want to know why that is? Because anti wrinkle skin cream doesn’t cause pain, that’s why. You’re skin won’t be tender to the touch nor will it require you to pop painkillers every few hours. You apply the cream and move onto your next daily activity, whatever that may be.
3. Absolutely No Missed Work
Have you ever called your employer and said “Sorry Sir, I’ve got some skin cream to apply to my face, I can’t possibly make it into work today”? Probably not! This is because you don’t need to make appointments with clinics, you won’t need time to “heal”, and you won’t have to worry about “post operation” treatment. All you do is apply the wrinkle free cream and then move on; it’s really that convenient.
4. No Side Effects and No Complications
Surgery, no matter what the kind, always comes with side-effects and possible complications. Rather than a wrinkle free face, you could come out of the procedure with a scar or even a deformed right cheek. If you get through it without any complications, you then have to go through the barrage of side-effects which are likely to follow; redness, itching, swelling, puffiness, you name it. All of this just to reduce the wrinkles & finelines on your skin. Be honest, does it make any sense to you?
5. No Permanent Results
Cosmetic surgery is just not meant to be permanent. If it was, the industry would run out of money before you could utter the words “wrinkle reduction”. The surgeons and specialized clinics all know you’ll be back because the procedure is always just a brief stall; one that will only last but a few months. That being said, don’t play their game of “see you in a couple of months” — instead, use the best wrinkle creams and stay away from their false promises ridiculous claims. A good anti wrinkle skin cream will not only remove wrinkles, but it will increase the quality of your skin and make it more resilient to the effects of aging as a whole. And unlike with surgery, that protection only gets better as treatment continues.

If you’re interested in learning the methods of cellulite removal, then you should pay close attention to the following information. The below natural cellulite remedies will not only aid you in burning off cellulite from your body, but they will also assist in making sure cellulite never plagues your body again!
Cellulite Massage
It doesn’t get much easier than a massage for cellulite. Not only does this remedy have the ability to remove cellulite, but it is also quite relaxing and therapeutic to boot. Basically, all that happens is pressure is applied to the skin and around the cellulite affected area with the help of a cellulite massager. Although you can’t see it, what’s happening is the massage is stimulating the area; increasing not only circulation, but blood flow and lymphatic drainage as well. When these 3 things are improved, the area generally becomes less stagnant, therefore resulting in the breakdown of cellulite.
After several cellulite massage treatments, noticeable cellulite reduction should be the result. However, keep in mind that this remedy isn’t instantaneous, so you will need to continue using the home cellulite massager or continue going in for specialized massages for quite some time.
Cellulite Wraps
The anti cellulite body wrap is among the easiest of cellulite removal treatments. All that is required of you is that you lay still for about 40 minutes cocooned (in the loosest sense of the word) in seaweed wrap or cloth. The “cocoon” itself isn’t what removes the cellulite; it’s the cream and moisturizers that are responsible for that. Before you are (or part of your body is) wrapped in the seaweed wrap or cloth, your body will be lathered with moisturizers and cellulite lotions — all of which are specially designed to reduce cellulite and restore beautiful skin.
These lotions and creams will have 40+ minutes to work their magic and begin the cellulite removal process. Although impressive results won’t be seen overnight, they will be seen as long as the cellulite body wraps continue. It’s also important to remember that different spa’s use different lotions and wraps in their treatment; hence, be aware of what they use to avoid any possible complications — unless of course you’re doing the treatment from home.
Cellulite Exercise
It may not be as “easy” as wraps or massages, but that doesn’t change the fact that it is an immensely powerful method of cellulite removal. Typically, all a person has to do is exercise 20-30 minutes each day for at least 5 out of 7 days of the week. These exercises can’t be just anything either; they have to be exercises designed specifically to target and eliminate cellulite deposits. Luckily though, that leaves quite a lot of breathing room for us cellulite sufferers.
Good exercises for cellulite include anything cardiovascular, aerobic, or anaerobic in nature. This means you can do anything from running, jogging, biking, jumping jacks, sit-ups, swimming, to even a bit of light weight-lifting. So long as the exercise increases circulation, blood flow, and can help to improve muscle mass, you’ve got nothing to worry about. Stick to the exercise routine and you’ll see clear cut cellulite removal in no time at all.

Yeast infections are rather unpleasant and in some scenarios can be quite dangerous but luckily there are many things that can be done to help you overcome them. This article looks at reactive and proactive treatment of yeast infections including the medication Clotrimazole which is a medicine used today that has been used for more than forty years. We know a lot about medicine and candida bacteria today and therefore a lot can be done beyond using antibiotics for yeast infection treatment.
Reactive Yeast Infection Treatment
When you realize you’ve got a candida infection or yeast infection, you may have a trusted remedy that is over the counter, that is prescribed by your family doctor or that’s a more natural remedy that you’ve found useful in the past.
A reactive yeast infection treatment will work but will also be something that your body can become immune to over time. That’s why it’s important that you follow the full directions listed with the yeast infection medication even if you feel well after only a few days of treatment.
Medications like Clotrimazole are often prescribed for yeast infections. It can work for oral and esophageal yaest infections, topically for fungal infections and is often present in over the counter yeast infection remedies.
This drug has been around since 1967 and continues to be prescribed or available over the counter as well as being integrated into other medications as well. It’s important that you are careful about this and any other yeast infection or candida medication in terms of taking other medications and vitamins or supplements. This drug could interact with other drugs in that it could change how your body metabolizes the other drug which would impact how your body reacted. It can also cause itchiness or redness at the site when used topically.
Proactive Yeast Infection Treatment
It’s helpful that drugs like Clotrimazole are available for people who need them but many people believe that they can prevent recurring yeast infections by lifestyle choices. There are many medications and practices that can reduce your chances of getting yeast overgrowth.
A yeast infection diet can be helpful because it removes food from the diet that normally helps yeast to proliferate. Exercise and healthful food is also helpful for creating a harmonious level of good flora in your body. Probiotics, prebiotics and other supplements can also be helpful and reduce the need for prescription or over the counter medications.
If you’re suffering from a yeast infection right now and don’t want to try your hand at various natural methods that may or may not work for you, taking Clotrimazole could make sense for your needs. Following doctors orders can help you get the most benefits out of the medicince.
In future, if you’re someone prone to candida or yeast infections, you may want to consider taking a proactive approach with natural methods of diet and lifestyle that can help your immune system be strong and your positive GI flora levels be where they should be.

Well, it is generally said that there is no cure for diabetes but only ways to manage it.
About there not being a permanent cure may be somewhat correct but about managing it, it is absolutely right.
Proper management will give you several additional and may I add beneficial years to your life. It need not be the end.
Upon hearing one is down with this ailment, you feel as though you’ve been hit by a train and unfortunate- you are not Hancock!
You may mutter to yourself, “Why me”
You need not worry, as long as you manage it well, you have really little to worry about.
The first thing you should if you suspect something is wrong is to visit your doctor. Signs of diabetes are normally noticed through serious dehydration occasioned by frequent urination and drinking of water.
I remember this tale where a wife observed that her husband diabetic through his frequent visits to the toilet. It was like every 30minutes, he would dart off to go pee. She also noticed he was drinking quite frequently. She pointed all these too him. And sure enough, when he visited his doctor, he told him he had diabetes.
First visit your doctor. Once it has confirmed it is diabetes, find out what type it is, whether type 1 or type 2. If you are adult, it would most likely be type 2.
Then get as much information as possible as knowledge is king.
Managing diabetes starts with managing the glucose cycle. Diabetes is basically the bodies inability to absorb the glucose existing in the body.
The glucose cycle in your body is affected by two factors. The two factors are the entry of glucose into the bloodstream and blood levels of insulin to transport the glucose out.
The glucose level is very sensitive to your eating pattern or regimen and it is therefore of importance that this issue is discussed with your doctor. He will dictate to you the kinds of food you should desist from. These usual suspects are the oil saturated food and some types of carbohydrates. Remember that carbohydrates produce a lot of glucose and therefore must be clearly controlled.
A proper management will involve a complete change in your lifestyle especially when it comes to food consumption. This will not be easy but you have no option here. half of all amputations in America are diabetes induced. I am yet to include blindness, heart attacks and stroke! You have to be disciplined!
It will also involve engaging in exercise as a lack fo proper exercise and obesity also lead to the onset of this ailment. With a good exercise regime, your blood sugar levels will collapse to much normal levels.
There was the case of this Pacific Island nation where a high percentage of them are diabetics. Upon returning to their original diets, dating before the arrival of the white man, diabetes disappeared! Food does matter. And exercise.
It is essential that you monitor your blood sugar levels daily. We are quite fortunate today that we live in a period of time where it is possible for people to easily know their blood sugar levels due to the many handheld blood monitors available in the market. Endeavor to avail yourself of one of these.
If you notice your blood sugar levels high, increase your exercise and reduce your intake of harmful foods. This should bring it down. It will also indicate whether insulin is needed. Insulin intake is of utmost importance.
My aunt was diabetic before she died. She advised my uncle, her younger brother to take mints and he found it quite helpful. I am not recommending it however. Before trying anything new, always consult your doctor.

Most people have the misconception that only humans can develop diabetes.
This however is not true. Dear Hamlet, your mongrel can be diabetic. Pets to develop diabetes. This definitely can be down heartening but the pet owner should not think all hope is lost.
Many pet owners upon finding out that their pet is diabetic immediately wonder whether the animal would be put to sleep. This need not be necessary. It all depends on the age and the overall health of the pet in question.
Many pets diagnosed with diabetes have gone to lead very long and pleasant lives and yours should not be an exemption. You however have to put in time and a lot of commitment to achieve this.
Pets diagnosed with diabetes can live as long as non-diabetic animals and to achieve this simply means that appropriate attention is given to the pet when due. The pet owner must therefore be committed to the regimen and treatments provided by a skilled and equally committed veterinarian.
Feeding regimen must be adhered to strictly. The old practice where the cat or dog be fed one day and perhaps forgotten until a convenient time is no longer permissible nor acceptable. This can endanger the pet. The cat can not be “abandoned’ at home when going on a long trip. She has to be taken along. Dear Hamlet can not be left with the neighbors casually again. The pets at this stage need a lot of extra care. You have to make sacrifices.
You can at this stage no longer take things for granted. It does not mean you have to give up your job or end your marriage. It requires that you pay attention to any strange developments and take note of these changes and attained to them immediately. Any sloth on your part can lead to serious complications and perhaps death. This ugly scenario can be prevented by simply adhering to the instructions already given.
Note that a diabetic pet means more money for the vet and the pet stores. This should also be put into consideration. Knowledge of this and its cost implications may determine whether you cut down on some of your expenses, or even buy a Do-it-Yourself health handbook or perhaps put the pet out of her misery. This last option should really be a last option!
Let me relate to you a story why vigilance counts.
There was a this man who had a monkey that he loved. He had a chain round its abdomen permanently to keep it from running off.
Unfortunately, this chain at one point had been bound to tight and it began to cut the skin. The owner ignored it. The wound later turn light green but by then, the owner was too busy with other commitments.
Within a short time, the poor animal developed locked jaw. It had contacted tetanus. The poor thing eventually died.
Such trajedies start innocently and hence that is why great vigilance is needed from all members of the family.

Have you ever taken a sauna with snow? Taking a sauna is good for you any time of the year. Traditional Finnish saunas heated with a wood burning sauna stove are the best. With a sauna all the bodies stress and tensions are drawn out by the sun’s radiant heat that was stored in the wood that is burning. As sauna stove warms the dry heat reaches deep into your body and forcing all the toxins out of it. The apparent felt heat is increased by pouring water on to the stove rocks that is accompanied with a loud hissing and snapping sound. As the humidity rises your sweat flow increases removing more poison and toxins.
You will find the best Finnish style saunas located near a cold clear lake or river. When the heat of the sauna is almost unbearable and the toxins are on the skins surface you open the sauna door and head for the lakes cold water. A quick dunk in the water rinses all the poisons off your body. You are now clean, refreshed and many times feel very much alive. Only a sauna with snow will make you cleaner and more totally alive.
Winter in the North is long, dark and cold. Even if skiing, snowmobiling or ice fishing are your passions eventually the dreaded old cabin fever will cloud your mind and make your body numb. The snow is great in December and early January but not so great in March and April. However there is a cure for the winter doldrums and cabin fever. Taking regular saunas will certainly help you stay healthy. Sauna parties are a great way to socialize as well. A sauna with snow may be the best way to clear your head, keep you healthy and give a sense of well being.
A sauna with snow begins with a regular sauna that has access to the great white outdoors. Once the sweat is really flowing well you simply open the sauna door and head out into the yard. Once there you simply lay down and roll in the snow. When it comes to taking a sauna with snow the more snow the better. Deep snow that covers your entire body is the best. In big snow country a sauna with snow means 4 feet of snow that will cleanse your skin of all the sweat. You will be surprised how long you can lie in the snow before you become cold. All the body heat gained in the sauna is melted into the snow.
Taking a sauna with snow means after a roll in the snow you return to the sauna for another good sweat. Once your core temperature has reached its peak then it is back to the snow for another good roll. A sauna with snow enthusiast will sometimes repeat the process several times before they feel they are fully cleansed. Rolling in the snow scrubs the skin further cleansing it. The affect is similar to the old Finnish tradition of scrubbing the skin with birch branches and leaves during the sauna.
Next time winter starts to drag you might want to consider taking a sauna with snow to improve your health and well being. You really have not lived until you have experienced a sauna with snow.

People relying on glasses or contacts undergo Lasik surgery for many reasons: For instance, for those who work in a very dynamic environment, it is a huge boon not to wear these “unnecessary” and “disturbing” tools. The idea of having his vision improved after the surgery is another good reason for undergoing the surgery. Many patients have successfully undergone Lasik in the past. However, in order to have the best possible result from the surgery, there are some guidelines you should abide by.
First of all, before deciding to undergo the surgery, your eye practitioner is supposed to have done a thorough eye exam. He should also know everything about your previous eye diseases as this information is crucial to determine your eligibility to the surgery. Indeed, there are things that could decide your eligibility to the surgery. Therefore, before undergoing the Lasik surgery, you should make sure that you must respect by the pre-operative and post-operative instructions.
Shortly before the surgery your eye care professional will discuss additional stuff with you in order to make sure you understand these instructions. He will also explain to you these post-operative instructions. For instance, according to these recommendations, you may be asked not to drive your car, go to work for several days after the surgery, regularly meet your eye care professional after the surgery in order to check that everything is going well, not to use any make-up, touch your eyes or get some break.
The Lasik surgeon will tell you that it is forbidden to drive your car shortly after the surgery. The length of this period usually depends on the healing time of your eyes. Some patients are asked to resume driving at least two days after the operation and this is not for a long distance. For those having night vision problems, they should definitely reduce their nighttime driving for some days after the surgery. For those having a high sensitivity to light they are strongly advised to wear sunglasses when driving during daytime. Remember, that you may need to miss some working days so you should immediately inform you employer. All these ensure that your eyes will receive the necessary rest required for the healing process.
Another thing you should not do is to completely forget your post-operative meeting with your eye care professional. These meetings are designed to make sure that the healing process is going well and they are supposed to take place one week, one month or up to three months after the surgery. Of course, you should book these meetings before the actual surgery is supposed to take place. These meetings are crucial for the healing process.
Another common mistake is the usage of make-up. Any make-up is strongly not recommended. These include lipstick and facial lotions. You are also required not to wear any make-up for at least three days before or after the day of the surgery. Some Lasik surgeons will even advise you not to use make-up two days after the surgery. Of course, after that period you may resume using make-up but not those that are applied to your eyes. You should check with the Lasik surgeon when you are supposed to use eye make-up. This may be about a week after the surgery or even longer depending on your surgeon. It is important to follow these rules because you can infect your eyes otherwise, even worse you can damage your eyes so be careful. Finally you should not use any soap or lotions for a couple of days after the surgery.
Your surgery will also advise you not to touch your eyes for any reason except eye drops. It is strictly forbidden to use anything that is to enter the eye area. Some patients will even receive eye protectors to cover their eyes when they are sleeping. These protectors are designed to avoid any rubbing or poking when sleeping. You can increase the risk of infection by touching your eyes. These can delay or even damage the healing process.
You should not exercise less than two days after the Lasik surgery. When you will resume these sporting activities you should be very careful. Indoor activities are allowed one day after the surgery while outdoor ones required eye shields. General activities such as reading, working on the computer, watching TV are generally allowed a day after the surgery but you should use eye drops. Other activities such as playing with children, having sex and sunbathing are allowed after three days provided you have a proper care. Physical activities such as jogging, fighting are allowed after a week. Extreme activities require permission from your Lasik surgeon and are generally allowed three months after the surgery.

Many people using eyeglasses or contacts everyday can now rely on the fast growing Lasik surgery. As usual, there are good and bad candidates for this surgery whose aim is to correct impaired vision. Hence, the question that raises the need for an accurate definition of good qualifications of Lasik patients.
In order to be considered as a good candidate of Lasik surgery, there are some rules you will need to abide by. First of all, you should be over eighteen years old. You should also a current and valid prescription for eyeglasses or contacts. You should not be affected by some diseases including eye diseases.
As already stated any Lasik patients should be adult and should in possession of a prescription for at least two years. Teenagers experience too many variations in their eyes making them a bad candidate for Lasik. Another criterion is a stable eyeglass or contact prescription not older than two years prior to the surgery. This precaution will make sure that the eyes are in a steady state otherwise it can seriously hinder the outcome of the surgery.
It is also a requirement that Lasik candidates should not have suffered from any eye condition. These include nearsightedness, astigmatism, farsightedness or a combination of any of these anomalies. Also, good candidates of Lasik should have an appropriate corneal thickness in order to help the creation of a correct flap to simulate the depth. Pupils should not expand over a range exceeding seven millimeters in the darkness. This is usually an indicator of the likes of halos or glare.
Furthermore it is required to any good candidates that any previous disease contracted in the past should not affect the patient. This includes any previous surgery related to the eyes or not that could hinder the outcome or the healing process of the surgery. A good candidate should not have any herpes infection in the eye because Lasik can bring about a similar problem. Good candidates should not experience any autoimmune diseases such as Lupus, Hepatitis or Crohn’s disease.
Moreover, good candidates should not have any eye diseases for at least one year before the surgery is supposed to take place. Also, the cornea should not be scarred. Good candidates should not suffer from the dry eyes syndrome because it can be worse after the Lasik surgery. Pregnant women are prohibited to undergo the Lasik surgery due to the high fluctuations in their hormone levels. Patients suffering from the following diseases should not undergo the Lasik surgery: cataracts, advanced glaucoma, corneal disease, corneal thinning disorders or other pre-existing eye diseases.
You should always remind yourself that Lasik surgery is designed to help improve your vision. Therefore it may help to reduce the dependency on eyeglasses and contacts. You may experience the case in which your dependency on these tools. Some patients may have their problems sorted after the surgery but you should bear in mind that others are not as things can get worse. You should remember that this is not a perfect surgery. Statistics show that most patients experience an improved vision and others have an improvement factor of 20/40 or even better after the Lasik surgery.
You should also remember that surgery is not risk-free. Good candidates should fully understand those risks and have good expectations. Otherwise you are definitely not a good candidate of Lasik surgery. Good candidates should make sure they understand how the surgery works and the benefits before undergoing the surgery. Good candidates should also fully understand the risks before deciding to undergo the surgery.
Any patients intending to undergo the surgery should double check with their eye practitioner and have a good understanding of the benefits and drawbacks of the surgery.

Acne Skin Treatment, Will it Work for me?
Yes, I believe it will. If you are like me, I have asked the same question concerning the acne skin condition I endured. There are many acne skin treatment options available that can help you return to a normal lifestyle, feeling good about yourself, and your face. I know how you feel, I am not just writing an article. As God is my witness and has blessed me to deal with such things, you can deal with it too.
It is important for you to know about the acne skin condition first before trying a particular treatment. Understanding yourself, your habits, whether it’s cleanliness, eating, stress, hereditary disorders, or such like, is a key to dealing with your acne condition. No one in my family, that I know of, has dealt with the acne condition that I have endured in times past. Thank God for a past tense to this. So, with that said, it had to be something in me, about me, what I was doing, that was causing such things to occur. It takes time to study your habits, and find all the triggers, and then use the answer you find consistently to achieve your desired results.
The Acne Condition
Acne is a skin condition that occurs as a result of an overproduction of oil by the oil glands in the skin. A certain amount of oil is normal, but once it gets to a point where it clogs up your pores, and it becomes infectious, you have an acne problem. Acne skin conditions can range from being so mild that you may only get a few zits a month to being so severe that you end up with pus-like cysts which are closed sacs beneath the skin that infect and swell very easily. And these things can occur almost everyday, especially at night. Believe me I have been there more times than I can count.
Finding an acne skin treatment that works for you can often be difficult, because everyone is different and so each person’s acne condition needs to be treated differently. There are quite a few different options and treatments that are available for acne, and most are very good. One of the most popular acne skin treatment products out there today, and one that I happen to use, is Proactiv. I am not trying to get you to buy it or anything, just letting you know in case you wondered what I use.
I was searching, like everybody else, and happened to see an infomercial, which I hardly ever watch. I know it is hyped up as the celebrity facial cleansing system, but, so what is that to me? I am no celebrity, but my acne condition seemed to be one on my face. My point is this, you get to a place in your life when you become willing to try anything in order to find relief. The attitude of “just live with it” stinks! Don’t let that run your life, it is time to start looking and feeling the way you want to!
This is a 3-step solution for acne sufferers, and it is much different than other acne products and treatments. It is a revolutionary, dermatologist-developed therapy that clears the skin and also helps prevent future breakouts. It is easy to make Proactiv a part of your daily life, and it comes with a renewing cleanser, revitalizing toner, and repairing lotion. I use this twice a day, along with the Daily Oil Control, which balances daily oil production in the pores, and maintains and even balance, instead of over production. I have been using it for four years, and have not regretted it.
So, what are you going to do about your acne skin condition? There are many products to try out there. Most are very good, and will work as long as you stay consistant with the application directions. I use my solution twice a day, because it works for me, because it seems I am a grease head, oh well! Good luck in your search and hoped this advice helped some.

When a person has diabetes it is difficult to know what this person can and can’t eat. It must be very difficult to this person to nourish themselves. You would think of course that the person would have a limited diet of what they can eat but surprisingly, there are many things that they can eat. There are places you can go to get a diabetic food list.
As stated, there are many places that you can go to get a food list for diabetics. There are many, many sites online that are dedicated just to letting the public know what is good for a person with diabetes and what is bad for that person. You can also consult your doctor or even a health clinic near you to obtain a copy of said list.
Today we will cover some of the foods that have made it onto the diabetic food list. This is to give members of today’s audience an idea of what a person with diabetes goes through everyday and open society’s eyes to the fact that it is not that easy to live with this disease. Even though it is common, doesn’t mean that living with it is easy.
Now first and foremost, it should be known that a person with diabetes should eat from all of the 5 food groups and make sure that they have plenty of protein, vegetables, fruits, nutrients, Lipids and carbohydrates in their diet. This is where the diabetic food list comes in handy, you will be able to tell which fruits and veggies that you can eat for example.
It should be stated at this time that if you are diabetic, then you know that you should definitely eat more vegetables than fruit because fruit tends to be on the sweeter side, the whole point of being diabetic is that you can’t have too much sugars right? Also, it is common sense that you should stay away from sugars such as ice cream, chocolate and any types of sweet desserts because these are loaded with sugars that the diabetic food list will define as NOT the type of foods you should eat.
It is also stated that a person with diabetes should stay away from fats like fried foods and animal fats. This will not only harden your arteries but also add to the waistline too! A person who is following the diabetic food list will surely be eating steamed foods or boiled foods. There are some dishes that you can prepare that are steamed that taste divine!
It bears mentioning that the only types of oils that the diabetic food list recommends for someone with diabetes to cook with are olive oil, soy bean oil and finally corn oil. Now here is a quick run-down of what a person can eat that is in fact recommended by the diabetic food list.
- Milk, can drink fresh milk but never sweetened milk.
- Vegetables, both fresh and/or steamed or boiled vegetables will provide your body with the nutrients that you require to get through the day.
- Grains
- Meat, should at least have an intake of at least 100 grams per meal, be sure not to eat meats with a lot of fat.
- Eggs
- Fiber, every one needs fiber in their diet to stay regular!
